On the edge of the Exchange, Little Saigon is bustling during most weekday lunch hours. While they specialize in bounteous vegetarian dishes, offering a separate vegetarian menu, the traditional mixed seafood and tofu in a hot pot is also not to be missed. The sizzling pot is filled with succulent pieces of squid, shrimp, scallops and tofu in a spicy and sour broth.
