One Night in Bangkok immerses the diner in the atmosphere of Thailand via traditional wood carvings on the walls and delicate, paper decorations hanging from the ceiling. Small nooks and crannies created by partial walls of wood and mirrors make this large room intimate.
The banana spring roll appetizer is a great starter. The deep-fried confection has a contrasting texture of crispy and velvety soft with a strong flavour essence of banana. The food offers aromatic and flavour notes created with various herbs. One example is the mushroom coconut soup. It boasts a sweet coconut flavour with a lingering finish of bitter Thai herbs that balances it.
