Araxi has been in the media spotlight a lot lately, thanks to Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen. On the most recent season of the volatile chef’s popular TV show, 16 chefs vied for the grand prize of a chef job at Araxi. Dave Levey was the ultimate winner, talented and lucky enough to land a position at the venerated restaurant. He will work alongside executive chef James Walt, who recently released a cookbook.
