The 2010 Winter Games are almost upon us, but it’s business as usual at Whistler Blackcomb. Whistler Mountain opened Nov. 14 and Blackcomb Mountain opens Nov. 26 for another spectacular season of skiing and snowboarding. You’ll feel like an Olympian as you test out the runs. And thanks to the newly improved Sea-to-Sky Highway, the two-hour drive to Whistler Village is easier than ever.—Sheri Radford

    Sheri you were completely right, the snow has been amazing and the mountains are fantastic for winter sports. The Sea-to-Sky Highway improvements are great and a major bonus for RVer’s who want to head the 100 km up to Whistler for winter camping. There is still some full hook up spots at Whistler RV Park (www.whistlerrvpark.com) if people are still considering making a trip. Enjoy the Olympics from where ever you are.
