Pop-up restaurant 100 Days sports a funky renovation theme
Vancouver has been hit with the hottest concept in dining: pop-up restaurants. Confused? Me too. Turns out it’s not all that confusing. Former Opus Hotel hotspot Elixir Bistro has closed down and is re-launching an entirely new restaurant in early 2011. Before they start working on the space, it’s being taken over by an eatery for only 100 days—fittingly also the name of the restaurant. Stripped to its bare bones, this sure-to-be-popular spot is decorated with graffiti and serves up Mediterranean comfort food.—Jennifer Patterson
