For the freshest of marine cuisine, hop on the SeaBus—one of the best sightseeing deals around—and head across the harbour to discover Lower Lonsdale (LoLo to the cool crowd), a fascinating mix of small shops and tempting eateries just up from bustling Lonsdale Quay Public Market. Aptly named Fishworks is worth the trip. Owner and chef Shallaw Kadir (pictured) has a knack for getting seafood exactly right.
