The funky styles leave everyone “singin’ in the rain, just singin’ in the rain.” In fact, old Hollywood heart-throb Gene Kelly scoffed at the notion of September clouds, insisting the month is as “sunny as spring.” Fingers crossed his weather predictions hold out.
