Hawaii has given much to the world: US president Barack Obama. The TV show Hawaii Five-O. And singer-songwriter Jack Johnson, who rolls into town this month for a concert at Rogers Arena. Eco-minded, multitalented Johnson, who also surfs and makes films, is donating the profits of this tour to charity.—Sheri Radford
