The first Canadian location of Kate Spade New York can be found at Yorkdale Shopping Centre
Typically, once you’ve seen one mall you’ve seen them all. Yorkdale Shopping Centre wants to be the exception to that rule. The north Toronto hub recently underwent a $220-million, 145,000-square-foot expansion in order to better deliver the goods to its fashionable clientele. The renovated space boasts some Canadian retail firsts in the form of Kate Spade New York, Loft and Ted Baker London, while mainstays including Apple and Hugo Boss have also been enlarged and refurbished. With more than 250 stores, a movie theatre and even an upscale food court, Yorkdale is unquestionably one of the city’s premier shopping destinations. —Macrina Smart
