JUNE 17 TO 23 The sun’s out, the patios are open, and Ontario Craft Beer Week means there’s no better time to grab a cold one. The province-wide festival kicks off on Father’s Day with almost 30 participating microbreweries—including Toronto’s Steam Whistle Brewery, Mill Street Brewery and Amsterdam Brewing Company. Numerous local pubs and restaurants also offer tastings, beer and food pairing ideas, craft beer courses and more. And this year, the fruits of the vine combine with barley and hops as Amsterdam Brewing collaborates with Niagara winery Flat Rock Cellars to release the first ever best-of-both-worlds beer-wine hybrid.
