Browse away and wish Yorkdale Shopping Centre a happy birthday! The North Toronto mall is celebrating its 50th anniversary. The largest shopping centre in the world when it opened in 1964, Yorkdale is now growing even bigger, thanks to an ongoing 300,000-square-foot, $331 million renovation; its expansion has already added a slew of luxury retailers, including Mulberry, Kate Spade New York, David Yurman, Ted Baker London, Zara Home and many others. And if those names alone don’t prove Yorkdale’s fashionable bona fides, the mall has also unveiled an exclusive portrait series shot by Bryan Adams, featuring Toronto style icons like Jeanne Beker, Cameron Bailey, Chloe Rogers and more.  —Kait LaForce
