Absinthe Café is a top culinary destination amongst Ottawa foodies as well as devoted fans of its liquid namesake. Dishes prepared in the French culinary technique are assembled from locally sourced ingredients.

Beyond the Pale, Hintonburg’s up-and-coming craft nanobrewery, has been making a name for itself around Ottawa by way of its authentic brews. One of their creations, Pink Fuzz, is a 6% grapefruit wheat beer, with citrus pulp used throughout the stages of production.
