Creatures of Light at the Museum of Nature

CreaturesofLight

Creatures of Light explores the many organisms in this world that produce light, whether by their own power or that of another!

Have you ever seen a firefly glow? How about an anglerfish? Wander through a cave with sticky threads left by glow worms and swim through the deep ocean with vampire squids in the Creatures of Light exhibit at the Canadian Museum of Nature from May 3 until November 9. You’ll learn about how creatures on land and under water use bioluminescence to find a mate, attract prey, and even defend themselves against predators.
