Mexican eatery La Bamba has opened a new sister restaurant, La Bamba Café & Lounge, in the heart of downtown Winnipeg. This day and evening spot evokes a festive, urban ambiance with vibrant red and orange walls and cozy lattice archways. The menu features the same authentic, scratch-made Mexican fare found at the Osborne Village location, like shredded chicken enchiladas simmered in chocolate-laced mole sauce and a smoky new favourite: chipotle beef.
