At Fort Gibraltar, Chef Neil Higginson’s menu marries Manitoba regional cuisine with dashes of French flair, ultimately creating memorable weddings and other private functions.

That perfectionism is at play in St. Boniface’s Promenade Bistro, where Higginson also runs the kitchen.
