Start Jul 5 - Artists from Flin Flon’s Northern Visual Arts Centre come together to present an in-depth representation of the boreal forest in BOREALism. This contrasting display depicts decay and regrowth; flowing water and rigid rock; loss and hope; freezing and thawing, all concerning the majestic forest. Using acrylic, batik, collage, encaustic, oil, pottery, sculpture, watercolour and photography as their media, these thirteen artists unveil powerful physical and spiritual qualities found deep within the forest.
