One of Victoria’s most popular craft beer-makers. Phillips Brewing has grown from humble beginnings into a brewing powerhouse that includes a line of a dozen beers, a tasting room and a store. Take a tour of Phillips Brewing Wednesdays or Thursdays at 4 p.m.. Price of tour includes samples from the taster bar. Tours are limited to 10 people and fill quickly, so we recommend calling ahead for a reservation.
