Old Town/St. Lawrence Market
This neighbourhood was named after its central icon, the large indoor market that offers a vast variety of fresh fruit and veggies, seafood, meats, bagels, cheeses and the Canadian original, back bacon on a bun. Also find many historical buildings, churches, the landmark “Flatiron” Building, and theatres like the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts’s Bluma Appel Theatre and Jane Mallett Theatre. This district lies from Yonge to Sherbourne streets and The Esplanade to Adelaide Street.
