New-school sushi is taken to creative heights with the Wasabi brand of restaurants. Each location expresses its own unique atmosphere. Bistro location is casual, while Broadway caters to the dressed-in-black hip crowd set against a backdrop of deep reds and magentas. Wasabi Sabi is sleek and modern with trendy banquettes, motion-blurred Tokyo streetscapes and Japanese-infused cherry blossom cutouts. The menus at each location are similar with a few exceptions, but all dishes are expertly prepared and beautifully presented. Take a seat at the sushi bar and watch the volcano roll errupt. Small plates are designed for sharing with a crowd and allow you to sample a variety of options. Omakase is available for all budgets. Sunny, screened-in verandah on Broadway.
