Skillfully blending regional mainstays with global accents, Chef/owner Terry Gereta has created an inventive menu that wows. Mise (for mise en place) showcases an eclectic mix in which each dish stands out both for its originality as well as its quality. Dishes are well thought out and painstakingly prepared, resulting in duck confit and pork tenderloin with maple bourbon sauce.
