Description
Provided by the establishment:
Le Trou Normand exists for the pleasure of gastronomes all over the world.
We specialize in Normandy cuisine, and carry on an old Normandy custom of drinking a glass of calvados or apple brandy in the middle of the meal. This hastens the digestion of the first part of the meal and allows one to tackle the second with great gusto.
French chef Pellaprat divided French cuisine into four basic subdivisions: la haute cuisine, la cuisine bourgeoise, la cuisine régionale, and la cuisine impromptue …..
Le Trou Normand has typical cuisine réginonal, rich and diverse mixture of local French dishes, such as veal normandy, escargot, duck l’orange, sweet bread, also like venison, magret duck and so on.
We have a cozy dining room and summer patio. Come and enjoy our quality French dining – be sure to try our classic dishes and special apple creations!
