If you haven't tried the Barley Mill's barbecue on the patio, you're missing out on a great opportunity. Unfortunately, trying to find a seat here, especially on Fridays, is almost as difficult as trying to decide which of the 25 beers on tap you want at this popular downtown brew pub.

Weather permitting, you can sit and watch chefs prepare barbecued ribs, steak, chicken, fish and other delightful dishes on the deck between 11a.m.-2 p.m.

If you can't make it for lunch try the laidback ambience of the pub later in the afternoon or in the evening. There's good beer to be had and big plates of nachos and quesadillas. If you can't deal with the busy lunch or after-work crowds, try the weekend brunch which isn't normally as busy as weekdays.
