Italian fusion served in a stylish, intimate space, complete with granite tables and a red leather banquette. Head chef Jenny Chan creates artistic dishes such as spicy beef carpaccio with lemon caper truffle vinaigrette; steamed seabass topped with fresh ginger and shallots and served with lemon risotto; and herb-crusted lamb rack with a sangiovese red wine reduction. Vero Bistro’s authentic cuisine has a Mediterranean fusion. There’s a combination of Italian and French influence with a hint of Asian tradition all complimented with our fabulous wine list.
Vero Bistro’s uniqueness begins by making our butter with different flavours (lemon fig) and made into the shape of a heart representing our slogan welcome to my heart. Our Chef Jenny declares the mantra to all clients at all times; verbally and through her meals.
To finish off the feast, try one of the appetizing dessert made fresh in our kitchen. Top off the delight with one of our cappuccinos that are created in a shape of heart made from the succulent foam that rests atop the delicious picker upper.
Vero means true in Italian; and Jenny is truly cooking from her heart.
