METRO TRANSIT

$2.25 for adults, $1.50 for seniors/children. Free transfers between buses and ferries. The Halifax ferry terminal is at the foot of George Street on Lower Water Street. The main Dartmouth ferry terminal is on the harbour side of Alderney Landing on Ochterloney Street. There's also ferry service between Woodside and Halifax (Monday to Friday, peak hours only). MetroLink is an express bus service (25 cents more for adults, 10 cents more for seniors/children) from Sackville, Portland Hills and Woodside to Scotia Square (corner of Barrington and Duke streets) and vice versa. Fares subject to change.
