Drag racers, Led Zeppelin and Chinese film stars—what do they have in common? They’ve all been photographed by Vancouver-raised shutterbug Greg Girard. See snaps from his 40-year career in A Better Tomorrow at Monte Clark Gallery (Jan. 16 to Feb. 1). Girard’s works chronicle his travels through Asia and various port cities, including Vancouver (pictured), and have graced the pages of National Geographic, TIME and The New Yorker and the walls of the National Gallery of Canada. Talk about the big picture.
