Yaletown’s newly unveiled Minami, sister to renowned Miku, takes contemporary Japanese cuisine to the next level, with innovative flame-seared aburi sushi and Ocean Wise ingredients. The spacious setting includes a bustling bar, two private dining rooms and a well-concealed patio.
