Perched on North Vancouver’s post-industrial waterfront, newly launched Pier 7 (pictured) sports two levels of harbourside dining with dazzling views of downtown. Early faves on chef Dino Renaerts’ seafood-inclined menu range from crisp calamari with XO sauce and tuna tataki to Salt Spring Island mussels to grilled West Coast spring salmon with roasted polenta cake. To get there, just hop on the SeaBus from downtown.
