KOOSHOO has much to feel good about: the local company uses only soft organic cotton, hand-dyed in the world’s one and only solar-powered dye house (located in downtown L.A.), to make its super-cute headbands, hair ties and shawls. Plus it donates 11 percent of profits to charity. The company name means “feeling good” in Norfuk, a language spoken solely on the South Pacific’s Norfolk Island, where one of the company’s co-founders is from. Catch the “kooshoo” groove at Semperviva Yoga.
