Bard on the Beach, Vancouver
It’s a given that the Bard dominates summer theatre, but you can find more than Shakespeare under the stars—as well as in parks, on beaches and even in barnyards across Canada this summer. Musicals, new and classic plays, plus dance, opera and circus arts are part of the many fresh-air Canadian theatre festivals. Here’s the short list of favourites from Where editors across the country.
