Probably the most famous winter festival in Canada, the Québec Winter Carnaval is a more than two-week-long celebration with parades, nightlife, rides, a snow spa, food events, every winter sporting event you can think of—and some you can’t (horse-drawn-sleigh racing, for example)—and many appearances by the giant snowman mascot, Bonhomme.
