Survey Names Canada’s Worst Airports

In a recent survey by Canadian travel agency FlightNetwork ranking the worst airports in the world, the raspberry for Canadian airports went to Toronto’s Pearson International. (Might the airport’s new restaurant makeover change that? Time will tell.)

Pearson Airport was rated third-worst in the world in FlightNetwork’s State of Air Travel poll, after London Heathrow and Paris–Charles de Gaulle

Interestingly, however, some of the “worst” airports also showed up on the best airports list in the survey, with Heathrow appearing as the third best airport worldwide in addition to being named the absolute worst.

And while Pearson Airport was rated the third worst in the world, it was rated third best in Canada.

The three worst airports in Canada, according to the poll were:

Pearson International – Toronto
Pierre Trudeau International – Montreal
Edmonton International – Edmonton

The three best airports were:

Vancouver International – Vancouver
Pearson International – Toronto
Ottawa International – Ottawa
