Though it’s only 10 minutes from downtown Ottawa, Nordik Spa-Nature feels a million miles away. This year, the spa underwent a $4.1 million renovation, making it the largest day spa in North America, with 41,500 square feet of interior space and 80,000 square feet of outdoor space. Three new saunas, a floating bath, an infinity pool and a European-style lounge with an outdoor terrace have been added to the spa’s existing facilities (which include Nordic baths and saunas) to create a one-of-a-kind experience. The new facilities also offer more isolated space for guests, allowing for increased privacy.
