Restaurant manager Adam Walker and executive chef Iain Rennie share a passion for Italy’s food and wine and they bring this passion to diners at the Victoria golf resort’s brand new Bella Montagna Italian restaurant.
Served from a warmly decorated dining room overlooking the golf course and neighbouring mountains, fresh and delicious house-made pastas (some gluten-free) with traditional sauces and fresh herbs grown right in Bear Mountain’s own herb garden tempt purists.
Parents and children can savour a nightly Family Table, with plates of heaping pasta, salads and sauces all served family-style, followed by a choice of dessert.
