Open since May (and in operation year-round), this fine dining establishment in the heart of Parry Sound has a stunning view of Georgian Bay from its patio and elegant dining room and a versatile menu of internationally inspired fare.
Kudos is owner Stephanie Delaurier’s first restaurant, but head chef James Brown is a veteran of such kitchens as Rocky Crest Resort in Muskoka and the Buttery Restaurant in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Eclectic dishes include mussels in a Madras curry sauce, Jamaican jerk pork, fresh lobster, bison burgers and even a Hawaiian chicken BLT made with grilled pineapple.
