Hot Dates: Highlands Street Festival

A wind chime by artisan Cheryl Lindquist from Vintage Recreations

Head down to one of the oldest neighborhoods in Edmonton this Sunday, June 3 for a fun-filled annual festival and outdoor market featuring talented local artisans.

Discover the history of the Highlands area, explore unique businesses, and enjoy live performances for the entire family! Don’t miss the adorable Dog Parade at 1 pm, the one-of-a-kind voice of Justine A. Vandergrift at 2 pm, or Fire Inspired, a group of dancers with ancient Maori-themed choreography at 4 pm.

Activities run from 10 am until 5 pm in the blocks surrounding 112 Ave. and 65 Street. Check out the website for a complete listing of events and activities. http://www.highlands112avenue.com/events.html
