Lines at Michel Brisson include Stone Island, Costume National, Neil Barrett, Dries van Noten, Rick Owens, Jil Sander, and Canadian designers Wings & Horns and Want Les Essentiels de la Vie.

: The vintage shop (4357 Boulevard Saint Laurent, 514-509-1675, oldgoldboutique.com) in Montreal’s Saint Laurent district recently moved into its bigger retail space. Héritage Shop continues to offer a carefully edited selection of vintage clothing and accessories for men and women in store and online. The store also carries products from Pendleton, Malin + Goetz, and Assouline Books.

: Designed by founders of Montréal accessories company Want Les Essentiels de La Vie, this boutique (4960 rue Sherbrooke Ouest, 514-484-3355, wantessentials.com) is designed like a pre-war apothecary shop. Namesake bags and accessories from Want fill the shop, alongside men’s and women’s Acne, Maison Kitsuné, and Aesop.
